The Community Foundation of Frederick County MD, Inc. holds, manages, and allocates monies from the Julie Ann Robertson Cashour Memorial Fund. As a Donor-Advised Endowment Fund, all disbursements are recommended by the donors and are approved by the Community Foundation's Board of Directors.
